. Made from thick wood slats of the original vintage beer case, the surface has a gorgeous medium brown finish that just seems to exude antique character. Note the two handles cut into the tops of the sides part of the old beer case design, with an interior that features dividers made from remaining wood stock of the beer case. Built-in hanging hooks. A vintage c1970’s ceramic Mid Century wall hanging complete with rare signed “Chalvignac” ceramic plaque. The iconic Quebec Artist Maurice Chalvignac is well recognized for his MID CENTURY CERAMIC GLAZE POTTERY hand made from the 1960’s to late 1970’s. The teak veneer plaque measures 14 inches by 48 inches.The pattern number is hand written on the back of the board. The ceramic bird motif is in vibrant vintage 70’s colours and in perfect condition. Only 1 very minor flaw to this gorgeous 40 year + art piece. There is a minor touch up needed to the wood corner adjacent to the Chalvignac ceramic plaque. I have displayed it ‘as is’, it is not very noticeable and I want to keep the piece original. NORTHERN ELECTRIC Hi-Fidelity TUBE AMPLIFIER HF130 & Trio Model FM-106 FM Mono High Fidelity Tube Tuner

Starting with condition – both pieces are in remarkable condition for their age,original and complete circa 1956 . No sign of rust and minimal dust for units from 1956. Paint and lettering is crisp and clean. Even the transformers are in showroom condition with no evidence of rust/humidity damage. These were stored in perfect working condition about 15 years ago. I hesitate to connect them and fire them up as I do not own a variac unit. These have been properly stored and are part of an audiophiles collection that I purchased.

Take a look at the pictures to get a closeup view of how fine a piece of history these units are. Almost perfect aesthetics and both in original ‘working’ condition. They are being SOLD AS IS because they are 57 year old tube units so some restoration will be in order for an audiophile or connaisseur. None of the capacitors etc have been changed out as should probably be done in a proper restoration of a 57 year old amplifier for daily use. These are time capsules of a by-gone era in audio and a rare find in such pristine condition. I have the original owners manual/ instruction bulletin for the amplifier. A vintage projection movie lamp has been retro-fitted with new wiring, in-line switch and lamp socket to create a cool industrial look floor lamp. Skilled artisans from R. Labelle & Fils in St-Jovite Quebec near Mount Tremblant hand crafted each of these bar stools from solid maple hardwood. They have a 30 high seat; the seat is 15 inches wide by 11 inches in depth; the backrest measures 40.5 inches to the top. The rush seat is woven by hand onto its frame. They are in solid & comfortable, both in perfect condition. This is quality hand built furniture not a mass produced assemble yourself Chinese import.
